Covered Bridge Golf Club offers a memorable and unique venue to host your wedding, corporate meeting, or banquet. From our stunning golf course view to our first class service, we strive to meet all your event needs.

The main banquet room can seat up to 150 guests. This room features neutral decor and the large fireplace adds a warm glow for spring, fall and winter events. The floor to ceiling windows overlook the 9th and 18th holes of our championship golf course.
The Club Room is also available for groups of up to 40 people. Formerly our main restaurant area, this space is now available for small group gatherings, small weddings, rehearsal dinners, and corporate meetings. The entire room overlooks Salt Creek Golf Course and has a cozy fireplace and a fantastic bar.
Our spacious deck is the perfect place for your outdoor event including dinners, weddings, cocktail parties, and golf events. The fantastic view will seal the deal on this outdoor space.
Our upscale wedding, reception, event, and meeting facility has a full on-site catering service with a unique selection of wines and extensive bar service.

Q: How far in advance do I need to book my wedding/event?
A: We find that securing the date for the event needs to be done nine months to a year in advance. Although it can be done sooner, that timeframe if available seems to work the best.
Q: What deposit is required to secure the room for my wedding/event?
A: 50% of the room rental is required to secure your date.
Q: What is included in the rental fee?
A: Your rental fee includes in addition to the banquet room; floating customer service manager, 2 bartenders, set-up, and clean up. Our gazebo and snack bar can be rented for additional space for $75.00 per room.
Q: How many people does the room accommodate?
A: Our banquet room can seat up to 170 guests. The gazebo can accommodate an additional 60 guest and the snack bar 40 guests. For events exceeding 260 guests we do have tent options on the course. We are very flexible... just ask!
Q: Do I have to go through Cobblestone for my catering?
A: No, you do not. Although, we highly recommend using our services for a smooth enjoyable process, we will accommodate outside caterers.
Q: What other fees can I expect?
A: Additional bartenders can be requested for $50 per bartender. We also charge a 15% gratuity, and 7% Indiana sales tax on Cobblestone provided food and beverages.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: 90 days before your date you will receive a full refund. 30-90 days out we will refund 50% of the deposit. Any amount of time less than 30 days before the event will not be refunded.
Q: What should I do to prepare for my consultation?
A: The best thing to do is look through magazines, books, and the internet for pictures and ideas of things you like. This will help us see your vision.

Our Clubhouse has several options for your wedding needs. Our Main Dining Room has an old style elegance featuring an open fireplace, chandeliers and a private bar with a private deck that overlooks out beautiful 18-hole golf course.
For more intimate functions, the Heritage Room or 19th Hole are the ideal spaces. The Heritage Room has memorabilia from the original clubhouse. The 19th Hole features the original furniture which was designed and built in the Batesville Community. Both spaces are perfect for those pre-wedding celebrations.
Oak Meadow Country Club offers an elegant, fun atmosphere for your big day as both a wedding venue and/or a banquet hall for your wedding reception. Our party rooms can accommodate up to 400 guests but also have the ability to divide into smaller rooms for more intimate events. The Ballroom, Mulligans, the Grill and Veranda all offer exquisite views looking over the beautiful championship golf course. Our facilities have been used for both indoor and outdoor weddings with many locations to choose from.
